Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

This is really easy to put together and my cats immediately took to it. It's a nice, comfortable size for my office area.
Easy to assemble. It's very sturdy. My larger cat loves to parkour off of it and it stays standing. It's very light. A little shorter than I thought it would be. My cat likes to get comfy on the top rest for naps and to observe.

Recently adopted kittens (13 weeks old now) and they fell in love with this once it was together (and while I was putting it together). They are constantly fighting over who gets to sleep in the hammock. Can fit 1,2, or 3 kittens in the hammock (comfortably? Probably not but they look like they’re enjoying it). Sturdy enough to handle nonstop kitten zoomies complete with flips and other acrobats without falling over. 10/10

I have 2 small kittens that I adopted. They love it & use it all day. I placed it in front of a large window & they enjoy the sunshine, birds & butterflies. Good value for the money but don’t know how long they will be able to use it as they grow older.
